Needs
Alexza wanted more than just a fun picnic. They were committed to creating a truly immersive event for their 175 employees.
Solution
We collaboratively chose Old West as the theme. We brought in western building facades from one of our prop houses. This event featured a cowgirl trick rope show, target practice with pop guns, a real mechanical bull, ponies and a petting zoo. We topped it all off with a good ol’ fashion western BBQ complete with all the trimmings for a true ho-down.
